Distribute Set to OH and GL - APOHBTDS

After APOHBTUB data entry has been verified and confirmed as correct, distribute (post) the OH Set to the AP database. The Distribute Set process can be run from the main menu using mask APOHBTDS, where you will need to enter the name of the OH Set.

Alternatively, access APOHBTDS from the side link on the AP Create/Update OH Set (APOHBTUB) page. The Job Request window will default the OH Set ID name of the active OH Set record. The Short Format of the AP Set Proof can be checked and utilized in this process. The posting Date will default to the current date but may be overwritten. Click Submit to run the job.

Do not cancel the job when it is in progress; early termination may corrupt the data.

Verify that the Set distributed successfully by viewing the reports generated by the processing.
