P-Card File Upload

Use the APPCUTSI page to upload a P-Card file. This process is used with a bank statement that matches a file format defined in the P-Card Data file format webform found at https://<server>/IFAS/webforms/PcardFormatInfo.aspx, which is available from the P-Card Statement Mapping Tool (APPCUTMP) page.

1. Click Location or Other and select a file to load.

2. If desired, select the option to run in Trial Mode.

3. Select the Data file format. If there are multiple formats, select the appropriate one.

4. Select the Bank Code. If there are multiple bank codes, select the appropriate one.

5. If desired, select the option to Delete Prior Import. This can be helpful if the import fails.

6. Click Submit.
