Layout Management
Page layouts can be updated through the Layout Management tool on each user page.
Up to five (5) page layouts may be defined for each page.
Only users with the WSEDITOR association in the security profile can create, update, or delete page layouts. Other users may only select their default layout from the available list.

Start Designer | Select a record and click on the pencil to remove it from grid mode. From the Layout Management menu, select Start Designer. This places the page in design mode. Controls appear on the page fields and sections.
Remove or re-arrange fields as needed. To save the layout, select Layout Management, Manage Layouts, and then select New. Enter a description name for your layout. Layout names must be at least three characters. To set this layout as the page default layout, click the Default Layout checkbox. Select Save to save the new layout. Select Cancel to exit. Select the Layout Management menu, then Exit Designer to exit design mode. Your page layout will be updated with your saved layout.
| Required fields cannot be removed from the page. Child records cannot be moved above the parent record. Individual fields can only be moved within their own Container. Containers of fields cannot be moved from one tab to another.

Undo Layout | Select the Layout Management menu, then Undo Layout to restore the layout design to the stock layout. Select Start Designer to make additional changes. To save the layout, select the Layout Management menu, Manage Layouts, and then select New. Enter a description name for your layout. Layout names must be at least three characters. To set this layout as the page default layout, click the Default Layout checkbox. Select Save to save the new layout. Select Cancel to exit. Select the Layout Management menu, then Exit Designer to exit design mode. Your page layout will be updated with your saved layout.

Manage Layouts | Select a New Layout Select Layout Management, then Manage Layouts. Select the layout you wish to apply from the Layout drop-down menu. Click the Default Layout checkbox to set as your default layout (optional). Select Load to load the selected layout. Select Save. Select Close to exit.
Delete a Layout Select Layout Management, then Manage Layouts. Select the layout you wish to delete from the Layout drop-down menu. The stock layout cannot be deleted. Select Delete. A confirmation appears to confirm you wish to delete the layout for ALL users. Select Yes to delete or No to cancel. Select Close to exit.
Load a Layout Select Layout Management, then Manage Layouts. Select the layout you wish to apply from the Layout drop-down menu. Click the Default Layout checkbox to set as your default layout (optional). Select Load to load the selected layout. Select Save. Select Close to exit.

| Users with WSEDITOR association in the security profile can create, modify, or delete existing layouts using this option. Deleting an existing layout will delete for ALL users. Users who have selected this layout as their default will be reverted to the stock layout.
