Changing PE ID with Conversion File - ARUTCB

This utility functions similar to ARUTCI. However, it allows the change of an entire flat file of Account IDs rather than individual Account IDs. It must read the OLD and NEW ID numbers from a flat file instead of prompting the user. This utility moves all transactions from the OLD-PE-ID to the NEW-PE-ID for each record in the conversion file.

Name of the Conversion File: Enter the name of the conversion file. The file layout should have a record size of 32 bytes with the following layout:
01 - OLD-NEW-RECORD.
03 - OLD-PE-ID PIC X(12)
03 - FILLER PIC X(01)
03 - NEW-PE-ID PIC X(12)
