Execute MT and RB and RL and RT - ARUTFE

This utility launches four jobs at once, eliminating the problem of knowing what order the utilities need to be run. These utilities include:

• Recompute Balances
• Rebuild TERM, REF, and REF2 Links
• Matches the ARDB with the PEDB

Once this job is launched, the utilities will run automatically and the database is updated accordingly.
