ACA Listing - PYACREAL
The utility prompts for the Tax Year and Entity. Employee Selection Criteria and ACA Selection Criteria may also be entered. ACA Selection Criteria selects strictly from the ACA database and is limited to SSN and Name. If you use employee-level selection criteria and the person does not exist in payroll, they will not be included on the report.
The Report Options and Additional Options allow for selecting specific information to be included on the report. The Additional Options also includes the Include ZIP Codes option. If selected, there is a column called Zip Code, as the last column, in the report. If not selected, then the column does not appear in the report.
The AGE field will appear in the left section of the report, next to the ID field. The system derives the employee's age as of January 1st of the current year.
