Delete ACA Information - PYACUTDE

PYACUTDE deletes employee ACA information. The utility will prompt for the Tax Year and Entity. There is no default for the Tax Year and it must be entered. ACA or Employee selection criteria sections must be filled out.  To remove all records for a particular year, one could enter the Tax Year, the Entity, and then A-ZZ in the Last Name field of either section. ACA Selection Criteria selects strictly from the ACA database and is limited to SSN and Name.

Do not enter dashes when using SSN as selection criteria, since dashes are treated as a range. For instance, 555-66-7777 would delete any ACA records that have an SSN that starts with 555 through 66.
