How can I tell if an Employee was paid on a certain pay period?
The Payroll History Screen (PYUPPH) will tell you when an employee was paid, if they were paid by check or direct deposit, check detail and account distribution information and job number information. You can also view reversed checks and transactions that are waiting payment. The Check Note flag will show you the status of the employee payment:
Check Note Code | Description |
---|---|
WP | Waiting Payment – This has not been paid to the employee yet but will be paid when this payroll is run. |
DP | Distributed & Paid – The employee has been paid and should have an associated check/EFT number. |
WR | Waiting Reversal – This check will be reversed when the Payroll Check Maintenance Process has been run. |
DR | Distributed & Reversed – This check has been reversed. |
DO | Distributed & Offset – this is the reversal entry for the DR Record |
DT | Distributed Hand-typed – this entry is found on records rolled from CIMS |
