Human Resources

Introduction

The Human Resources module tracks various types of demographic, emergency, benefit, payroll-related, and employee information. It assigns benefits with premiums and sets up base pay for employees. To perform calculations based on an employee’s actual salary, as well as hour accruals and retroactive pay actions, adjustments, and payoffs, the HR module must be fully integrated with the Payroll module.

All portions of the solution are available interactively, and field labels and validation may be updated to accommodate your unique policies and procedures. Human Resources also provides comprehensive position control functionality, allowing the creation and modeling of budgets based on job and position assignments.
