Overrides the Designated Government Entity on the 1094-C
Where xxxx is equal to the Entity ID. This common code is used to override the Designated Government Entity for Part I of the 1094-C. If this common code does not exist the information will come from the Entity Definition in Payroll (PYUPGN), using the entity ID defined on the 1094-C page - PYACUPF4. If neither exist then no Designated Government Entity information will be reported.
