Audit Information System Global - NUUPAUSY
The Nucleus (NU) Audit System Information (NUUPAUSY) page is used to maintain the organization's name, Abnormal Usage Password, system information and results of any fatal errors detected programmatically. The au_clid is set to "TS" when adding a new au_audit_mstr record. Only one au_audit_mstr record is allowed to exist. To add a new record, first delete all of the System Crash Results entries before deleting the au_audit_mstr record.

System Options
Option 1: Option 1 determines the way in which database changes will be implemented. Valid options are "A" for Automatic database updates, or "M" for Manual database updates. Clients contracted to have PowerSchool initiate all database changes will set the value to "A". Clients that elect to initiate database changes on their own will set the value to "M".
Option 2: Option 2 determines the current status as relates to a software release update in progress. If an "I" is found in this field, then NO users, except for users with a Manager Code of "DBA" will be allowed into BusinessPlus. When the field has any other value then the restriction no longer applies.
Option 3: Reserved for system use.
Option 4: If this option is set to "N", fatal errors logged by BusinessPlus will not be shown to the users on subsequent logons. Setting this option effectively "clears" each error as it occurs. This is useful for sites not wanting end users to see the "previous fatal error has occurred" messages.
Release Version: Name of the most recent software version.
1099/W2 Version: The 1099/W2 tax year version of software.
Fin Aid Version: Financial Aid software is no longer released as a part of BusinessPlus.

System Crash Results Tab
This tab displays information about a system failure. BusinessPlus software makes use of a 2556-byte Common Area in which program and status information is stored. When a fatal system failure occurs, such as a database I/O critical error, the system calls an error procedure that posts descriptive information about the error and a formatted version of the COMMON-AREA to ROOTDB. This formatted version of the Common Area contains many useful data items that can aid the systems staff in locating difficulty; it includes information to show exactly which procedure detected the error condition.
Crash Results On: The date the error occurred.
User No: The user number of the user that logged the error.
Program: The program and version number that crashed.
Compiled: The date and time that the current program was compiled.
Control: Internal data values used for de-bugging crash results.
I, J, K, L, M, N, AlphaN, II, JJ, KK, LL, PrintPattern, GenBuffer: Internal data values used for de-bugging crash results.
Subsystems: Databases that were opened when the crash occurred.
Error Num: Error number recorded for the current crash results.
