Easy Laser Forms

Easy Laser Forms (ELF) is designed to be just that, easy to install, easy to use, easy to change, and easy to support. Simply put, ELF allows you to print forms to any local or network-accessible printer. 

ELF converts images into printer macros. By sending the macro to the printer you can print any form that can be drawn or digitized. Once the printer has been loaded with the macro, it can be reused as necessary until the macro is removed through the ELF process or the printer is turned off.

ELF handles security issues by encrypting the images and only sending them to the printer if the correct password is entered.

With ELF, there is no limitation to using multiple printers. In Accounts Payable, for example, multiple batches can be printed at the same time to different printers. In Payroll, if you are printing 5000 checks and have five printers, ELF allows you to use all five printers so that one department’s checks would be sent to one printer and another department’s to another.

ELF also gives you the capability to print on any printer on your network. For instance, if you have a Wide Area Network and need to get a PO to your main office that is remote to you, ELF allows you to print the PO from your PC.
