2: Four-character resource Key background part as defined in GLUPGN. If not defined will default to RESR.
3: Four-character SACS Object Group as defined in GLUPGN. If not defined will default to SACS.
4: Working Capital SACS code. Defaults to 9110.
5: Reserved for future use.
Associated Descriptions
1-4: Reserved for future use.
5: 5th Associated Description allows you to tell the file extract to use actual + budget for a given background part or object group instead of just using the budget.  This will be used generally for balance sheet accounts where there usually is no budget, but the state wants to see an amount in the file.  Format is XXX,#,ZZZZZZZZ where:XXX will be KEY or OBJ# can only be 0 through 8 ZZZZZZZZ is the Key part or Object group valueExamples:OBJ,3,910  Object Group 3 = 910OBJ,0,1000  Object = 1000KEY,1,10 Key Part 1 = 10KEY,0,34000 Key = 34000If the balance sheet account all have a 1 in object group 3 and you want those types of account to use the actual instead of the budget then you would place OBJ,3,1 in the 5th associate code of common code GLFG/GL943C.
