GLRU - OBJTYPE

GL Rule Checking for a Specific Object Type(s)
Limit GL rule checking to specific object code "Types" that are stated within the GL Object Codes (GLUPOB) page, "Type" field (glo_type column). Add the two-character abbreviation code(s) for "Type" within this common code's Associated Descriptions (1) field, such as XP, AS, and so on. The optional "Type" codes are hard coded within the GLUPOB page. Also note that GL Rules will either block or provide warnings for specific transactions or account combinations per GLUPRU and various NU common codes for transactions that hold the object code type stated within this common code when this common code is active for the given ledger.
Note that BusinessPLUS may be configured to use GL Rules defined within GL Rule Definitions (GLUPRU) page and further customized with various NU common codes; see codes with the Code Category "GLRU." Also clear the system cache after updating common codes related to GL rules.
