Configure HR Termination Utility (Part 2)
This common code is used, in conjunction with common code HRPY/TERMDT, to manage the End date fields on the HR Employee Master Termination Info tab. The End dates are based on Term date or Last Paid date entries.

Associated Numeric Values

Associated Codes
1: Enter TSAINFOEND. Controls the end date on the employee's tax sheltered annuity assignments (HRPYPR, Tax Sheltered Annuity tab).
2: Enter ADDLTAXEND. Controls the end date on the employee's additional tax assignments (HRPYPR, Additional tab).

Associated Descriptions
1-5: The four codes below are used in conjunction with the termination or last paid date to come up with the appropriate end date.
EOM – Last day of the month of termination (End of Month)
EONM – Last day of the month after the date of termination (End of Next Month)
EOY – Last day of the year in which the termination occurs (End of Year)
BLANK – 12/31/2050 – this represents an open-ended date
If the Associated Numeric Value and Associated Description are left blank, then the Termination Date or Last Paid Date (if LAST-PAID is entered in the Short Description of the HRPY/TERMDT common code) will populate the individual end date field.
