Import Groups

The Import Groups tool imports users that are currently performing approvals in a BusinessPlus subsystem (e.g., Purchasing) into Workflow Groups.

Browse: Used to select a Workflow model file rather than subsystem to build or delete a group.
Subsystem: The BusinessPlus subsystem containing the user definitions to be converted to the Workflow roles. The only currently supported subsystems are PO (Purchasing) and SI (Stores Inventory).
Build Group: Selecting this option results in the Workflow roles being built.
Delete Group: Selecting this option results in any currently conflicting Workflow roles being deleted.
