PERS - DIVRATEx

This common code is not supported in build 7.9.10.102 and up. Use PERS / DRATExxx.
This common code range is used to identify the PERS rate for each division. The value defined here is used to calculate the Employer's Contribution to show in the division and grand totals. This common code is set up for any division that is not defined the rate in the first associated value of DIVRATE1 is used. This is beneficial if you have 10 Divisions but only 1 has a different rate. You would put the primary rate in the first row and the division with a different rate in the second column. All divisions that do not match either division ID specified in the common code would default to the first entry.
