PERS - DRATExxx

This common code replaces PERS / DIVRATE in build 7.9.10.102 and up.
This common code range is used to identify the PERS rate for each division. The value defined here is used to calculate the Employer's Contribution to show in the division and grand totals. To reduce the number of divisions that are set up in common codes, the first division defined is used as the default.  It is only necessary to define other divisions when they have different rates.  If a division has the same rate as the first division, the program will define it during run-time, so it is not necessary to define it.
This is beneficial if you have ten divisions but only one has a different rate. You would put the primary rate in the first Associated Numeric Value and the Division ID in the first Associated Codes field. For divisions that have a different rate, enter the rate in the second Associated Numeric Value field and the Division ID in the second Associated Codes field. Use Associated Numeric Values 3-5 as needed to define additional rates. All divisions that do not match the division IDs specified in this common code will default to the first entry.
