This common code controls various functionality within the Receiving Module.

Short Description: By default, the system will not allow receiving on POs that are closed. To allow receiving on closed POs, place a "Y" in the short description.

Associated Codes
1: Enter "Y" to instruct the system to automatically adjust the quantity ordered to be equal to the quantity received when a complete record is entered in the RECEIVING UPDATE screen (POUPRC). This will also immediately adjust the encumbrance balance on the PO.

• "Complete Check" is enabled in POUPRC when Assc CD1 is set to 'Y'.

• "Complete Check" is disabled in POUPRC when Assc CD1 is set to a value other than 'Y'.

2-3: Reserved for future use.
4: Enter RETAILPRICE to cause the Unit Price on a purchase request (PO Purchase Request (POUPPR) page) to default to the PEUPPR > Product Information > Retail Price instead of the last unit price per PEUPPR's History tab, which is the last unit cost of the given product on the last purchase order printed.
