PVEC - Special Vectoring
The Benefit Vectoring common code is used to identify which assignments should not have benefit costs spread to the distribution assignment. This common code cannot be used at the same time as standard vectoring. Users can define different values for PVECs to suit their posting strategies. There are three types of directives that can be used singularly or in combination with each other (EXCLUDE, INCLUDE-ONLY, STICK-HERE).
