Style Sheets - WF
A style sheet is a table-specific XML file that takes the information in the model instance and converts it to a format that can be displayed in the summary section of the Task List as well as used in email notifications. BusinessPlus provides a set of commonly used generic style sheets that are available in the <Ifas7>/XML/Style directory on the Web server.
The user may include a link to the originating BusinessPlus page or create a client-specific style sheet that is then placed in the custom sub-directory of the above location.
Workflow determines which style sheet to use in the following order:
- The style sheet in the custom folder named after the model name
- The style sheet in the custom folder named after the parent triggering table name
- The style sheet in the default style folder named after the model name
- The style sheet in the default style folder named after the parent triggering table name
Clients should name the file after the model name and place it in the Custom folder, so it does not get overwritten during upgrades. If the style sheets is used in several Workflow models, it should be named after the parent triggering table.
