Workflow Attachments

Setting up Workflow Attachment in Documents Online:

  1. Create the Attachment Definition to use for attaching documents.
  2. Create the Workflow Model to use for Attaching. This model will be used for handling all attachments through Workflow, so this step only needs to be performed once. As a starting point, load the DO_ATTACH.wdl file from the Install CD.
  3. Customize the Workflow Model to handle a particular attachment type.

Rebuild Security Structure

New definitions will not automatically show up in Document Capture when you initially define them in Admin Console. Once you create the new definition, then you need to go to Manage Security Structure and do a "Rebuild."

Once that process has completed, select the Update Servers button:

The new Attachment Definition will now be available/viewable to Document Capture.
