Seminars - 2020

The following year-end seminars are offered by the PowerSchool Professional Services team. Customers should register through CVent; they will have the option to pay by purchase order or credit card. Registration by purchase order will not be approved until the purchase order has been received. Sessions will be hosted on Zoom.  

The cost of the sessions is $250 per district for 2-hour sessions, and $125 per district for 1-hour sessions.  Please direct any questions regarding seminars to jennifer.nail@powerschool.com.

Processing 1099s for 2020

Description

This 2-hour seminar identifies all of the factors and processes related to Vendor 1099 document processing. Participants will learn which processes are time-sensitive, when vendor records are updated, when software updates for Tax Year 2019 will be available, and what they can do prior to the end of the calendar year to reduce the number of potential data problems. The topics and the pace of the seminar are ideal for BusinessPlus users who will be processing Vendor 1099s for the first time, as well as users who desire a deeper understanding of the Vendor 1099 process as it relates to reference table setup and accounts payable processing.
