Print Address Labels - PELB

Address labels may also be used to produce a report. If the standard file listings supplied by BusinessPlus do not print a report with the desired information, an address label can be created and printed through PELB as a report.

Name of the Address Label Definition: Respond with the appropriate defined Address Label format.
In which order would you like the labels sorted? Enter the two-character code that relates to the order desired for sorting:

  • ID – Person/Entity ID order
  • NM – Last Name order
  • ZP – Zip Code order

PE Selection Criteria: Enter selection criteria to specify which records should be included.
Would you like all addresses printed? If multiple addresses exist for the Person/Entities being printed, all addresses may be printed by responding Y; otherwise, enter N.
Address Hierarchy: If N is the response to the previous question, this prompt will apply. The Address Hierarchy is an ordered list of Address Type Codes indicating which address the system will look for first, second, etc. when a person/entity has more than one address. When asked to enter the address hierarchy, enter a list of two-character codes for which the system will extract first, second, etc. For example, valid codes may be P1 for Purchasing, HO for Home, R1 for Remit, LC for Local, and B1L for Billing. At the prompt, enter the codes in a string (P1R1B1BLHOLC). The system would then find the appropriate address to be printed.
Would you like to print the labels as a report? Indicate Y to cause the system to print the selections as a report formatted like the labels but with the standard NUCLEUS headings, including "Requester Name", "Date", "Time", and "Location Code."
Would you like to print ID's without addresses?
