Budget Detail Setup

• Define BD Codes (BDUPCD) to label and categorize item detail information.
• Create BD Line Items
• On the BD General Information (BDUPGN) page, review general parameters for the Budget Item Detail subsystem. These parameters pertain to the handling of existing data and its use in future periods; therefore, the setup on this page is not required prior to creating the budget details or uploading BD budgets to the GL.
• Optionally, add document information on BDUPBD.
