Calculate Employee Hours - PBUTEH
The Calculate Employee Hours utility is used to calculate a custom amount of hours for a pay assignment. This only affects pay assignments with salary indexes that are attached to salary tables with an AXP of "H." Normally, these pay assignments are calculated by multiplying the salary table hourly rate times the imported number of days times the imported number of hours. If this value of days times hours needs to be overridden, then this utility may be used. It prompts the user for two PB pay assignment fields. The values in these fields are multiplied together and the result is written to the PB pay assignment Hours field. The PB pay assignment Days field is set to "1" and the Days Override field is set to "Y." The two fields chosen to be multiplied together should be populated with meaningful data via set up on the PB selection criteria page.
