Copy Budget Version - BDUTCP

This utility allows the user to copy selected details of one version to another version, with or without values. The user will be prompted for the following: a selection criteria template, the source Fiscal Year, the source Budget Version, the destination Fiscal Year, the destination Budget Version, account selection criteria, the destination object level, whether to consolidate by account, whether to replace existing entries, whether this is a trial run or actual run, and a printer name. The budget reference may be modified at copy time by setting up the budget reference modification options on the BDUPGN page. This process does not enforce that budget entries are in balance; therefore, a copy may cause budget entries to no longer be in balance.
