• Import data from HR into the PB model (PBMDHR)
• Review imported data
• For performance reasons, copy the model to another model (PBMDCP)
• Manipulate the imported data
• Calculate the model (PBUPCE)
• Review calculation results
• Complete budget flat file control page (PBGLMB)
• Create the GL budget flat file which can then be disbursed to the GL (PBGLBU) or to Budget Item Detail (PBUTBD).
