Set Cutoff Date - BDUTSC

The purpose of this utility is to place a Cutoff Date on Budget Item Detail records to prevent users from making changes on a record with a Cutoff Date of this date or earlier. The user is prompted for the Version, the Fiscal Year, beginning Org Key (leave blank for all), ending Org Key (leave blank for all), and the Cutoff Date. The Cutoff Date must be entered in the format CCYYMMDD (e.g., 19960101, 19920311).
