Employee Online

EO: On all pages with a city and zip code field, when a user enters a zip code and tabs past the zip code field, the city field is defaulted from the PEUPZP master table. The drop-down list for the city field includes cities listed in both the PEUPZP master and detail tables. The default city only needs to be in the PEUPZP master table. Previously, if the city in the PEUPZP master table was not also listed in the detail table, when the user tabbed out of the zip code field, the city field remained blank and the city in the master table did not appear in the drop-down city list.

BPF-73242

Employee Online

EO Direct Deposit: Users were able to delete a NET direct deposit record even though it is required. This has been fixed by restricting users from deleting the required NET direct deposit record.

BPF-73024

Employee Online

EO: The default entry of a dependent’s social security number (SSN) field is based on optional Common Code HRPY/FAMILY Associated Code 1. If Associated Code 1 is Y or blank, the dependent’s SSN defaults to the employee’s SSN. If the Associated Code is N or the code is not used, the dependent’s SSN remains blank and does not populate a default entry. Previously, if the Associated Code 1 was left blank, the dependent’s SSN was remaining blank instead of defaulting to the employee’s SSN.

BPF-71775

GLJEUB: The user can now add, edit and delete in grid mode. This applies to parent and child records.

BPF-72977

Human Resources

BPF-55363

Human Resources

All regular BusinessPlus pages: Previously, when tabbing from a drop-down form field, the cursor would sometimes end up on the browser URL instead of the next form field on the screen.

The cursor will now tab from one form field to another, regardless of the next form field type. However, if a drop-down field is clicked and a selection is not made from the drop-down list, upon tabbing from the form field, the cursor will go to the upper right corner of the browser instead of continuing to the next form field.

BPF-72710

Payroll

Client-specific for Puyallup School District PY: Modified py660psd (client-specific check writer program) so that when the 16. Chk Stub Flag field in PYUPHH:

  • Is K, it will use the Title field in the upper right corner of PYUPHH. If common codes PYFG / 660SUBxx or PYFG/ 666SUBxx exist (where xx can be 01 through 99), if the short description is not blank, then the short description will be used instead of the CDH-TITLE for the primary CDH number that is in the first Numeric Value on the common code. This common code lets multiple CDHs be combined on the PY check stub.
