Change of Budgets - GLREFLCB

Reports logged changes to budgets. Displays the budget amount as it was at the beginning of the specified date range, and each logged change within that date range. Also shows the budget value at the end of the date range. Page breaks will occur automatically on changes in the Key Code in this report. If additional page breaks are desired, specify them in answer to the Define Page Breaks question.
