Copying an Existing Work Order

A "Copy Work Order" tool is available on both WOUPWO and WOUPWR to copy an existing work order or work request:

1. Select a record to copy.

2. From the "Tools" menu, select the "Copy Work Order" option.

3. The "Copy Work Order" dialog appears with the old work order field already populated.

4. Enter the new work order number and select the "Copy" button.

5. A copy of the old work order is made and assigned the new work order number.

6. The new record can then be edited to include specifications associated with the request being created.
