1095-C Affordable Care Act -ACA- Information

The 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) Information page is where employees may review their 1095-C forms.

Employee Online Settings, Payroll Settings, 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) card, controls whether the Opt-out of receiving paper 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA)s checkbox appears.

When the Opt-out box is checked, the Payroll Employee Definition (PYUPEM, Switches tab) will be updated with a Y in Switch #32 – Suppress ACA Prt. If the box is left unchecked, Switch #32 will be blank. The associated field on HREMEN is also selected or left blank.

Available 1095-C forms are listed on the 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) Information page under the 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) card. Select a link to view the ACA information. If no 1095-C forms are available for the employee, a message is displayed: No data available.
