Employee Online Settings, Payroll Settings, 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) card, controls whether the Electronic 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) Election w.r.t 4 different options:

When the dropdown value selected as “1 – Include my 1095-C in this Employee Online (EO) portal. Do NOT send a printed copy.", will be updated with a “Y” in Switch #32 – Suppress ACA Prt. (Default option)

When the dropdown value selected as "2 – Do NOT include my 1095-C in EO. Do NOT send the printed form.”, will be updated with a “N” in Switch #32 – Suppress ACA Prt.

When the dropdown value selected as "3 – Only send me a printed copy of my 1095-C. Do NOT include it in EO.”, will be updated with a “E” in Switch #32 – Suppress ACA Prt.

When the dropdown value selected as “4 – Send me both the printed copy of my 1095-C AND include it in EO.”, , will be updated with a “B” in Switch #32 – Suppress ACA Prt.
Available 1095-C forms are listed on the 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) Information page under the 1095-C Affordable Care Act (ACA) card. Select a link to view the ACA information. If no 1095-C forms are available for the employee, a message is displayed: No data available.
