Additional Pay Utility List - HRUTLL
The Human Resources (HR) Additional Pay Utility List (HRUTLL) page is a browse-only list of the results from using the Additional Pay Utility (HRUTTU). The list reports the "Run By" user, date and time. A message of Successful indicates the record was altered correctly. Any errors are described in some detail here. Old and new dates and amounts are shown for reference.
Options
Option: The option ran affecting the record.
Test: Shows whether it was ran in test mode.
Details
Entity: Shows the entity for which the utility was run. The field will default to the entity associated with the logged in user on HRRQUS, if a record exists. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Codes (HRRQEN) page.
Employee ID: The employee ID affected by the utility.
CDH: Displays the CDH no.
Action: Action taken on this record.
Old Begin Date: Old Effective begin date.
Old End Date: Old effective end date.
Old Amount: Old dollar amount.
New Begin Date: New effective begin date.
New End Date: New effective end date.
New Amount: New dollar amount.
Results
Error: Y/N field for error status.
Message: Shows whether the utility run was successful or the error message.
Run Information
Run By: User ID of update, system derived.
Run Date: Date of update, system derived.
