Approving EO Change Requests

Direct Updates

Direct Update requests (non-benefit requests) made in Employee Online map directly to the related tables in the HR database.  E.g., a Direct Deposit request shows and modifies data from the hr_dirdep table that can be viewed from the Direct Deposit tab on the HRPYPR page.  Updates that change the related HR table will be approved on that page. 

Non-Direct Updates

Benefit update requests made in EO do not directly update benefit-related tables in the HR database, but map to the HR EO Transaction (HREOTR) page. HR benefit pages are updated when transaction records are approved in HREOTR.
