Change Pay String Format - PYUTCP

Warning: A BACKUP MUST BE DONE BEFORE RUNNING THIS UTILITY.

This utility is used to change the structure of all previously defined Pay Strings (e.g., change the length of the GL Key, change the order of the fields within the Pay String, etc.) to correspond to a new structure.

Before using this utility, define a new entity on the Entity Definition page (PYUPGN) with the Entity code of "TRNS." Reflect the desired change for the Pay String structure on the Pay String tab of the Entity Definition page for the code of "TRNS." To request this utility, key in PYUTCP.

ALWAYS PERFORM TRIAL RUNS UNTIL THE TRIAL RUN REPRESENTS THE EXPECTED CHANGE.
