HR Conversions - HRUTZZ01

The HR Conversion process was created to convert Human Resource data from clients' legacy systems to BusinessPlus data. The conversion process works based on a spreadsheet concept with column headings that tell the system what data needs to be converted.

Name of the Flat File: Enter the file name, or click Location or Other to select a file.

Trial Mode? (Y/N): The default is Y. A template job is created. Information regarding all the table columns such as primary columns for insert and update, column type, length, default values, etc. is created. It can be used as a guide for the creation of the data input file.

Which Functional Area would you like to update?: Select the relevant area from the drop-down list. For example, select Human Resources Tables to convert data, such as Benefit Definitions, Job Definitions, Location Definitions, PCN Definitions, and Salary Definitions.

Table Name: Select the relevant table name from the drop-down list.

Click Submit.
