Menu Setup
Introduction
Use the Menu Setup page to configure the Employee Online (EO) menu specifically for each site. You must have EO Administrator privileges to access this page.
If you have Employee Online access without administrator privileges, the EO Administration and Impersonate menus are not available.
Select EO Administration. From the Settings menu, select Menu Setup.
Menu Items
Refer to the Adding Menu Items online help page for detailed information on how to add, edit, and remove menu items in Employee Online.
Default EO Menu Page Links
Employee Online is delivered with default menu items. Below is a list of links to EO pages and cards for reference.
External Links : The menu item containing full-qualified URL is classified as an external link. Eg : https://google.com. These links are not subject to internal authorization rules.
Internal Links : The menu item containing a relative URL is classified as an internal link. The relative URL is defined as a path that does not include a domain name and are subject to authorization rules Eg: ./EOHomePage
In case a internal link is used and matches the internal menu list, the menu item is accessible. Else, the system rejects the access to menu item/screen.

EO Admin Menu Items
Use the Admin Menu Items card to add menu items available only to EO Administrators (EOADMIN, EOSUPER). You can edit the menu label for the restricted menu options, assign a Group Label, which appears as a header above menu items, enter the column where the menu should appear, and enter a Label and Link. After saving the setup, select the Toolbox icon to access the restricted menu.
