OSHA Days Tracking - HRWCOD

The Human Resources (HR) OSHA Days Tracking (HRWCOD) page is used for tracking data and reporting to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Occurrence Details

Employer's Entity: Indicate the entity ID associated with the Case number. This may be different from the entity ID associated with the individual employee. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Codes (HRRQEN) page.

Case Number: Enter a tracking number to associate with the employee. Code values are defined in HR Occupational Injury (HRWCEM) page, where entities match.

Entity: Indicate the entity ID associated with the employee and used for security purposes. The field will default to the entity associated with the logged in user on HRRQUS, if a record exists. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Codes (HRRQEN) page.

Action: Indicate the action/purpose for entering or modifying a record. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of ACTION_CD. 

ID: Indicate the employee ID. Code values are defined in the Employee Master.

Name: System derived based on ID.

SSN: System derived based on ID.

Type: System derived based on ID.

HR Status: System derived based on ID. 

PY Status: System derived based on ID. 

Injury/Illness: System derived based on ID.

OSHA Illness Code: System derived based on ID.

Description: System derived based on ID.

Date: System derived based on ID. 

Report to OSHA: A checkmark in the box indicates that the record is to be reported to OSHA.

Missed Days

Begin Date: Indicate the begin date for the missed days.

End Date: Indicate the end date for the missed days. 

Calendar: if the number of Missed Days is to be calculated from a calendar, then enter the appropriate calendar. If left blank, then the Missed Days will be calculated as the difference between the Missed Days dates.

Total: If a date range and calendar are entered, then the paid days from that calendar during the entered date range will be displayed. If the calendar is left blank, then the difference between the begin and end dates will be displayed. This field may be overridden by checking the Missed Days Override Days/Hours.

Hours: If a date range and calendar are entered, then the paid day's hours from that calendar during the entered date range will be displayed. If Calendar is left blank, zero will be displayed. This field may be overridden by checking the Missed Days Override Days/Hours.

Days: All records, with the matching case number, will have their dates evaluated, and a total of all days will display in these fields.

Grand Hours: All records, with the matching case number, will have their dates evaluated, and a total of all hours will display in these fields.

Override Days/Hours: Check this field to override the calculated Missed Days total. 

Light Duty Days

Begin Date: Indicate the begin date for the Light Duty days.

End Date: Indicate the end date for the Light Duty days. 

Calendar: If the number of Light Duty is to be calculated from a calendar, then enter the appropriate calendar. If left blank, then the Light Duty Days will be calculated as the difference between the Light Duty dates.

Total: If a date range and calendar are entered, then the paid days from that calendar during the entered date range will be displayed. If the calendar is left blank, then the difference between the begin and end dates will be displayed. This field may be overridden by checking the Light Duty Days Override Days/Hours.

Hours: If a date range and calendar are entered, then the paid day's hours from that calendar during the entered date range will be displayed. If Calendar is left blank, zero will be displayed. This field may be overridden by checking the Light Duty Days Override Days/Hours.

Days: All records with the matching case number will have their dates evaluated and a total of all days will display in these fields.

Grand Hours: All records with the matching case number will have their dates evaluated and a total of all hours will display in these fields.

Override Days/Hours: Check this field to override the calculated Light Duty Days total.
