Teacher Master Schedule - HREMMS

The Human Resources (HR) Teacher Master Schedule (HREMMS) page is used to store instructor course information. The screen may be populated multiple times each fiscal year from a student system generated data file.

Entity: Indicates the entity source associated with the Employee ID record. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Codes (HRRQEN) page.

Employee ID: Indicates the employee's ID (identification number) code values are defined on the HR Employee Master (HREMEN) page.

SSN: System derived from the HR Employee Master, based upon the Employee ID.

Name: System derived from the HR Employee Master, based upon the Employee ID.

Type: System derived from the HR Employee Master, based upon the Employee ID.

HR: System derived from the HR Employee Master, based upon the Employee ID.

PY: System derived from the HR Employee Master, based upon the Employee ID.

Fiscal Year: Used to identify the fiscal year associated with the instructor's courses.

Sequence #: Indicates the import sequence, a unique value within a fiscal year. The sequence field enables loading the page multiple times within the same fiscal year.

Import Date: Indicates the date that the page was loaded for the displayed sequence value.

Verify Date: Indicates the date that the checking utility was run.

Certificate of Compliance Issue?: Indicates if an instructor is teaching a course that they do not have a certificate of compliance for on file. This certificate of compliance checking is completely separate from the highly qualified checking performed by the Highly Qualified utility (HRNCUT). This additional checking is optional and must be activated using the NU Common Codes Category/Value of NCLB/UTILDEFS (Associated Codes #5 must be set to Y). If this checking is activated, then data must be entered into the HR Core Compliance Tracking (HRNCCC) page to indicate for which core areas an instructor has a certificate of compliance on file. If this checking is activated and an instructor is teaching a course tied to a core area they do not have a Core Compliance Tracking record for, then a Y will be displayed in this field indicating that there is a certificate of compliance issue.

Period: Indicates the period the course is taught.

Site: Indicates the school code where the course is taught. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Specific Misc HR Codes (HRTBCE) page, School Site tab.

Title I: Indicates if the school is a Title I school. Code values are defined in the HRTBCE page, School Site tab.

Course: Indicates the course code. Code values are defined in the Course Codes (HRTBCT) page based on a match with Entity, Fiscal year, and a Screen Filter of "NCLB."

Description: The Long Description associated with the Course from the Course Codes page. Display only field.

Grade Levels: Indicates the eight student grade levels for the course.

Students: Indicates the number of students.

HQ?: Once the NCLB checking utility is run (HRNCUT), this field indicates if the instructor is highly qualified. System-generated codes include:
N Not highly qualified in the course.
NF Not highly qualified due to failing the federal requirements.
RX Requirements not found on the HR NCLB Compliance Requirements (HRNCRQ) page.
E Course exempt from NCLB checking. This code is user-definable.
Y The instructor is highly qualified in the course.

Letter Date: Indicates the date the letters were sent.

Type: Indicates the type of record that met one the defined NCLB requirements. Type values include:
CERT HR License/Certifications record (HREMES)
LICN HR License/Certifications record (HREMES)
TRAC HR Supplemental Tracking record (HREMET)
DGRE HR General record (HREMES)
MAJR HR General record (HREMES)
CRED HR Credential Information record (HRCRCN)
EVAL HR Evaluation record (HREMPF)
SKIL HR Skills record (HREMES)
TEST HR Testing record (HREMET)
UNIT HR Course Units record (HREMES)
Gx Grouping Code (x will be replaced with 1 or 2 or 3, etc.)

Code: The specific code that the employee met to be highly qualified.
