Timecard Cleanup Utility - PYTCDTCU

The Timecard Cleanup Utility (PYTCDTCU) allows you to delete unwanted timecard batches. This utility should be used with care. When running this clean-up mask, a feature is available that allows for the creation of a recovery file that contains the deleted entries. The creation of this file is controlled by Common Code PYFG/PY957C. In this Common Code, set Associated Description 1 to "always recover" (the default), "recovery optional," or "no recovery" depending on your needs. The recovery file created during this process is a temporary file and will be lost once you exit BusinessPLUS. It needs to be saved as a permanent file if you want to access this file at a later date.
