Tracking - HREMET
The Human Resources (HR) Tracking (HREMET) page is used according to the organization's employee tracking procedures and needs.
Header
The header row consists of information derived from the HR Employee Master (HREMEN) page. An employee must be previously defined in the HR Employee Master before records can be created in this page. All the header fields are read only. However, the fields are enabled when in the search mode for use as search criteria.
Employee ID: Employee ID Number from the Employee Master record.
Name: Employee Name from the Employee Master record.
Social Security #: Employee SSN from the Employee Master record.
Entity: Employee Entity ID from the HR Employee Master record. The Entity is used to identify security clearance. The field will default to the entity associated with the logged in user on HRRQUS, if a record exists. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Codes (HRRQEN) page.
Type: Employee Type from the Employee Master record.
Bargaining Unit: Employee Bargaining Unit from the HR Employee Master record.
HR Status: Employee HR Status from the Employee Master record.
Payroll Status: Employee Payroll Status from the Employee Master record.
Testing
The Testing tab is used to track various test related data, as defined by each client.
Test Details
Test Cd: Indicates the test code. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Specific Codes (HRTBCE) page, Entity Specific codes tab, under the Code ID of EMPLOYEE_TEST.
Required: Indicates if the test is required.
Confidential Results: Indicates whether the results from the test are confidential.
Results CD: Indicates the results code. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Specific Codes (HRTBCE) page, Entity Specific codes tab, under the Code ID of RESULT_CODE.
Test Results: A free form text field to allow for a variety of testing result data.
Test Dt: Indicates the test date.
Expiration Dt: Indicates the line item expiration date.
Miscellaneous Information
Misc: Six miscellaneous data fields. The first two are character, then integer, decimal and a date type field.
Status Information
Action: Indicates the action/purpose for entering or modifying a record. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of ACTION_CODE.

Physical & Chemical
Use the Physical & Chemical tab to store and track the results from physical and chemical testing.
Testing Summary
Record No: Indicates the record number.
Contact: Indicates the name of a contact person, if available.
Phone Cd: The Phone field stores a phone code. The phone code indicates what type of telephone number is associated with the entry. Code values are defined in the NU Common Codes Category of PEPH.
Phone: Phone stores a phone number.
Phone Ext: Phone extension associated with the phone number, if applicable.
Physical
Type of Test: Indicates the type of physical test administered to the employee.
Test Dt: Indicates the date of the physical test.
Case No: Indicates the physical test case number.
Cost: Indicates the cost of the physical test.
Misc 1 and 2: Indicates any miscellaneous data.
Comments: Indicates any comments regarding the physical test.
Notification Dt: Indicates the date the employee was notified of the physical test results.
Results Received: Indicates if the physical test results have been received.
Physical OK: Indicates if the employee passed the physical test.
Chemical
Type of Test: Indicates the type of chemical test performed.
Test Dt: Indicates the date on which the chemical test was administered.
Case No: Indicates the chemical test case number.
Cost: Indicates the cost of the chemical test.
Misc 1 and 2: Indicates any miscellaneous data.
Comments: Indicates any specific comments.
Notification Dt: Indicates the date the employee was notified of the chemical test results.
Results Received: Indicates if the chemical test results have been received.
Chemical OK: Indicates if the employee passed the chemical test.
Status Information
Action: Indicates the action/purpose for entering or modifying a record. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of ACTION_CODE.

Supplemental Tracking
Use the Supplemental Tracking tab to record items needed for internal tracking purposes such as fingerprinting, TB testing, licensing.
Tracking Details
Item Cd: Indicates the employee tracking code. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Specific Codes (HRTBCE) page under the Code ID of TRACKING_CODE.
Track: Indicates if tracking is to be associated with the entry. Often, when tracking particular events, a date is not necessary, a simple checkmark in the box will be appropriate.
Track Dt: Indicates the tracking date.
Expiration Dt: Indicates the expiration date.
Misc 1-5: Indicates any miscellaneous data.
Misc Value 1-3: Indicates any miscellaneous values.
Misc Date 1 and 2: Indicates any miscellaneous dates.
Status Information
Action: Indicates the action/purpose for entering or modifying a record. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of ACTION_CODE.

Equipment Checklist
Use the Equipment Checklist tab to track various types of equipment assigned to employees. Via the dates, it is possible to monitor assigned equipment through the duration of an individual's employment.
Hire Date: Employee Hire Date from the Employee Master record.
Term Date: Employee Termination Date from the Employee Master record.
Action: Indicates the action/purpose for entering or modifying a record. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of ACTION_CODE.
Equipment Cd: Indicates an equipment code. The equipment code represents the type of item assigned to the employee. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of EQUIPMENT_CODE.
Assign Dt: Indicates the date the equipment item was assigned to the employee.
Return Dt: Indicates the date the item was returned. Entry into this field will trigger a checkmark to be entered in the Returned field. If, after tabbing from the field, the returned date is less than the assigned date, an error message will display. Upon pressing enter, if a date error still exists, another error will display and the record(s) will not be updated in the database.
Detail: Additional detail information (up to 20 characters) for the entered Equipment Code.
No Code: Six-character descriptive code for the entered equipment Number. For example, LCNPLT (for LICENSE PLATE).
No: Number associated with the entered Equipment Code. This number should relate to the value in the No Code field (if entered). For example, a license plate number.
Return Code: Indicates the equipment return code. The return code is client-defined and may be used to identify the return condition, or to indicate whether an item needs to be returned at all. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of RETURN_CODE.
Returned: Indicates if the item has been returned. If a return date exists, this field will be derived by the system. It may be overridden.
Notes: Indicates any miscellaneous notes.
Employee Termination Procedure
All Returned: System-derived based on Returned Dt field entries. Indicates if all assigned items have been returned by the employee, if all the records contain a return date.
Awards
The Awards tab tracks employee awards such as service awards, bonus awards, etc. The types of awards are dictated by client-defined codes.
Award Details
Award: Indicates the award code. Code values are defined in the HR Entity Specific Codes (HRTBCE) page under the Code ID of AWARD_CODE.
Award Dt: Indicates the date the award was received.
Recognition Dt: Indicates the recognition date.
Amount: Indicates the amount of the award, if it is of monetary value.
Next Award Dt: Indicates the date the employee will receive their next award, if applicable.
Misc: Indicates any miscellaneous data.

Memberships
The Memberships tab is used to track organizations with which an employee is/was affiliated.
Membership Details
Organization: Indicates the title of the organization to which the employee is a member.
Begin/End Dt: Indicates the employee's dates of involvement with the organization listed.
Highest Office Held: Indicates a code for the highest office held (for example, President, Vice-President, Treasurer). Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of HIGH_OFFICE_HELD.
HIghest Year Begin: Indicates the year the employee assumed the highest office held.
Highest Year End: Indicates the year the employee left the highest office held.
Current Office Held: Indicates a code for the current office being held by the employee (for example, President, Vice-President, Treasurer). Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of HIGH_OFFICE_HELD.
Current Year Begin: Indicates the year the employee assumed the current office.
Current Year End: Indicates the year the employee is to leave the current office.
Misc 1-4: Indicates any miscellaneous data.
