Using the Extended Leave from HR to PY Feature on HREMPR
To set up the extended leave from HR to PY feature, the NU Common Code where Code Category/Value is PYHR/HREXTEND needs to be defined with ACTIVATE in the medium description. Once that is done, entries can be made in HR to be sent to Payroll. Below are two screen shots, one from Leave Info, and one from FMLA Tracking that sets up leave for an employee. The first specifies leave dates and the leave classification of LWOP. The second (FMLA Tracking) specifies dates with a code of VCRQ.
The corresponding Associated Detail is below and shows how the extended leave entries are passed to payroll.
