Bid Project Tracking - BQUPBP

Overall, bid tracking is performed on the Bid/Quote Management (BQ) Bid Project Tracking (BQUPBP) page. Once an existing bid number has been selected, the system displays the description, the associated bid cycle, the assigned buyer, and the current status of the bid as a whole. All existing bid task numbers will be shown for the current bid.

Users with appropriate security can record each individual task of a bid along with begin/end dates. If an ending date is entered, the ID of the person that signed-off (that the task is complete) is required. The system defaults the current user's ID but will allow an override ID to be entered. Also, if a user checks the completed box, the system will insert the current date into the End Date field. Enter any additional comments in the text box on the Comments tab.
