Repost Filled Order to GL - SIOEGL

If the quantity picked differs from the quantity ordered an exception has occurred and must be processed in the system. This is necessary to keep the inventory accurate and to ensure that the customer is being charged only for the products that they have actually received. Exceptions may occur when there is a discrepancy between what the system shows as the quantity on hand and what is actually on the shelf. This situation may have several causes such as an incorrect order picking, product pilferage, product damage, items put in incorrect location, and data entry errors. Exceptions are processed in BusinessPLUS using the menu mask SIOEEX but if the order needs to be posted to the GL then SIOEGL is utilized.
