Success Transaction Response - Requisition Insert

When a "Requisition Insert" transaction completes successfully, the response is marked as successful. In addition, the newly generated Pre-Encumbrance ID is passed back to ESM as part of the response. The following is an example of a successful "Requisition Insert" transaction response:
