Current Registration - PD Participant
The Current Registration page will list all courses in which the participant is currently enrolled. From this page, the participant can link to other pages for information or to perform registration related tasks.
From the Course Title link, users can view the detail Course Information including Instructor and Syllabus information.
From the Instructor/Facilitator link, they can view the current and prior courses the instructor has taught.
From the Confirmation Number link, the participant can access the Confirmation Number of his/her registration.
From the Evaluation link, the participant can access the Course/Instructor Evaluation survey. A course can be marked as Require Evaluation (see Course Details). The participant is then required to complete the evaluation before the Certificate of Completion becomes available. Each Course Evaluation may contain different survey questions based on the administrator's setup. Select "Save" after each question to see and save each response.
The Evaluation link is available only after the last class of the course.
From Drop Course, the participants can complete the steps to remove themselves from the selected Course.
The Drop Course process first displays the detail Course Information so that the participant may verify that they have selected the correct course to be dropped. They are then presented with a dialog box to confirm that they are dropping the course. Once they click "Drop Course" within the Course Cancellation area, they are immediately removed from the course. If the course has not begun and there is a Wait List of registrations, the next participant in line will be immediately confirmed. The Drop Course action and change from Wait List to Confirmed Registration are sent via email notification.
The Drop Course link is available only for courses that have date/time records, and is only available until the last class of the course.
Along with an email confirmation, the following Drop Course Confirmation will be immediately displayed to the participant upon the system verification that all drop course processes have successfully completed.
The "Change Selected Credit" allows the participant to modify the current credit selected for the course.
The "Change Selected Credit" process first displays the detail Course Information so that the participant may verify that they have selected the correct course to update his/her credit selection. The participant is presented with a drop-down that displays all the credit types defined for this course. Participants can make a choice of available credit types and click "Save."
Participant can change/update their credit type selection until the time the Instructor assigns grades/credits.
