Human Resource Integration Transaction Detail - HRINTR

HRINTR is designed to capture employee information updates from the Records application.

  • Employee Demographic Details: View updates to personal information such as name, address, and contact details.

  • W4 Details: View updates to tax withholding information.

  • Direct Deposit Information: View bank account details update for direct deposit.

First Name: First Name of the employee.

Last Name: Last Name of the employee.

Employee ID: Employee ID for the request. Recorded by Records and BusinessPlus.

Transaction ID: A request identification number is automatically generated by the system. This is the Message ID from the Integration Logs (HRINIL) page.

Transaction Type: Automatically updated by the system. Mode Type can be Update/Delete.

Transaction Date: Date/Time stamp for the received request.

Note – This screen will only capture the information on Update or Delete. It will not capture the details when a new employee's information is synchronized from Records to BusinessPlus.

Request Information

Action: Automatically updated by the system. Valid action codes RECU and RECD. These codes correspond to Records Update and Records Delete.

Approval Date: Indicates the date when the record was approved. System generated.

Approved By: Employee ID of the person approving the change . The user approving the change should have the appropriate user role defined.

Approval Type: Automatically updated by the system from the respective screens.

  • Employee Demographic Details - Employee Master (HREMEN) screen.

  • Direct Deposit - Direct Deposit Tab of CDH Assignment ( HRPYPR) screen.

  • W4 Information - Taxes Tab and Additional Tab of CDH Assignment (HRPYPR) screen. The Approval Type in the HRINTR screen will be marked to SEND only when all the corresponding records for that transaction are marked as SEND for the Taxes Tab as well as the Additional Tab of the CDH Assignment (HRPYPR) Screen.

Request Details

Transaction Field: Field modified in BusinessPlus.

Old Value: Old value defined for the transaction field.

New Value: Updated values defined for the transaction field. 

Note - We recommend filtering the records using the combination of Employee ID, Action – RECU, and Approval Type – WAIT in case of multiple updates for an employee/staff.
