Unified Talent and BusinessPlus Integration

BusinessPlus integrates with two PowerSchool Unified Talent Products that are used to enhance the hiring and onboarding process of new employees.

• Unified Talent Applicant Tracking (ATS)

  • Accelerates the process to route applications to the appropriate hiring manager.

  • Syncs:

    • Certification Types

    • Degrees

    • Degree Schools

    • Degree Subjects

    • Locations

• Unified Records (Records)

  • Used in the hiring process for onboarding and process management.

  • Syncs:

    • Demographic information

    • Direct Deposit

    • Job Types

    • Location

    • Supervisor

    • W4 Information

Use the Unified Talent integration with BusinessPlus to:

• Bulk-sync master data from BusinessPlus to Unified Talent.

• Sync Location details in near-real-time between Unified Talent products and BusinessPlus in both directions.

• Create Pending Employee records in BusinessPlus automatically after the hiring process in Unified Talent is complete.

• Submit and update W4 information to Unified Talent and transfer those updates to BusinessPlus.

• Create Posting Requisitions in BusinessPlus and transfer those to Unified Talent.

• Track the status of all data transfer updates between BusinessPlus and Unified Talent.

Requirements

• BusinessPlus version 24.3.0.0 or later.

Pre-requisites

• Web server setup

• Deployment (DMZ) environment setup

• Verify RMSSCI page in Security Structure

• Verify NUUPCI page in Security Structure

• Configure Client Information (NUUPCI)

Job Type Codes

Job Type Codes must be manually imported in Unified Talent Records from BusinessPlus by your Application Consultant. After the codes have been imported, they will be synced as part of Employee Basic Details.

Enable the Feature

1. Add Common Code HRIT/ENABLE to enable the Integration pages.

   1. Code Category: HRIT

   2. Code Value: ENABLE

   3. Associated Code1

      • YES to enable

      • NO to disable

2. On the HRINIS page, select Applicant Tracking and Records Integration.

Menu Path

Select HR Human Resources, then select IN Integration, IS Integration Setup (HRINIS).
