Human Resource Sync Data to Unified Talent - HRINSD
HRINSD is used to send selected reference table data in bulk from BusinessPlus to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Unified Talent Records. This sync is a one-time activity. To receive employee information from Unified Talent, it is critical that the reference table data is synced from BusinessPlus to Unified Talent.
Before processing this sync, on the Integration Setup (HRINIS) page select Applicant Tracking and Records Integration to enable integration.
Send reference table information to:
ATS: Certificate Types, Degrees, Degree Schools, Degree Subjects
ATS and Records: Locations
Records: Direct Deposit, Bank Codes, Employee Basic Details
Navigation Options
Sync: Click to initiate the sync for the selected Reference Tables and Employee Basic Details. A message appears if you click Sync without selecting any options to execute.
Clear Form: Clears all current selections on the page.
Send Data to Unified Talent
You must perform a bulk sync one time to send reference table data to ATS and Unified Talent Records. After this has been done, the systems will sync the tables automatically when new records are added. You can select one or more reference tables to sync. If the sync is successful, the Last Sync Date and Time will be updated.
Job Type Codes must be manually imported into Unified Talent Records from BusinessPlus by your Application Consultant. After the codes have been imported, they will be synced as part of Employee Basic Details.

Bulk Sync Logs
You can access bulk sync logs along with other log on the Human Resources Integration Status Logs (HRINIL) page.
If the log request details exceed 4000 characters, a message appears that the details cannot display. The complete logs are available on the MOTU Portal. Contact your Application Consultant or Support if you need the full logs.
